Plz help!!! why did this happen, i was going to do my road test there a couple of months ago, and i was a bit?

nervous about it on the way down, and when i was in the truck with the driving instructor and i went to the mall and stuff, i got so fearful where i couldn't think my hands were shaking my voice was shaky and it seemed like i just couldn't stay calm in this situation.. what just happened, could soicla anxiety cause this, cuz i think i may have it
