I need help interpreting a dream I had?

I am a born again Christian and I believe that God talks to us in our dreams. In my dream last night, there was this evil, twisted tornado going about the land destroying everything in its path. My husband and I left our residence to a shelter, and I went to the mall to buy some chips. At the mall, I started telling people that they needed to repent and ask Jesus for forgiveness because something really bad is going to happen and they don't have much time. Some people in the mall knew about the tornado, and some acted like nothing was going to happen. I am pregnant in the dream, as I am pregnant now, and my baby inside of me is kicking and punching wildly. I am running through the mall telling people about Jesus. I don't understand why some people don't see the tornado coming. I hear a scream and a voice tells me that a deep fear will come upon the hearts of those who aren't saved. The scream was a loud, fearful, and painful scream and I felt the fear in my heart even when I was sleeping. Can a christian please help me out? No astrologists, please.
